Transform. Achieve. Lead. Challenge.

What is Coaching?

To me, coaching is an engagement with a set of objectives, goals, habits, or relationships to explore during that engagement. The desired outcome may be quite explicit and often comes in an, "I want to be a better..." statement. The path of movement towards that outcome within a coaching relationship is creative and immersive, mining for the values you wish to uphold.  The explorations embarked on during coaching will likely serve not only the original goals, but many other aspects of life, work, and relationships.

Who do you Coach?

I enjoy working with individuals who are in transition, such as new parents returning to work after welcoming a child (this is really 2 transitions!) or individuals who are on the threshold of retirement. As a long time consultant, I have often coached business owners through growth and shrinking of businesses and I was inspired to pursue professional coaching in order to more formerly offer programs for these transitions.  I also enjoy working with rising leaders as they take on more responsibilities and expand their role and growth.

What is your background?

When I began my consulting business, I was newly married and also a new mom. Talk about transitions! I engaged a coach to try to find my footing and count this as one of the best decisions for my life and work.  My coach is someone I often call on for a tune up.
While consulting, I felt a calling to engage more deeply with clients and their team members.  In 2024, I began coursework and certification with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the most respected training centers. In coaching, I value trust, creativity, passion, ethical guardrails, and honesty.

If coaching is of interest to you, I encourage you to drop me a line and schedule a 30 minute chemistry call to see if we are a good fit to work together.
