What is Coaching?
Coaching is an alliance between Coach and Client that explores a set of objectives, goals, habits, or relationships. The desired outcome may be quite explicit and often comes in an, "I want to be a better..." statement. The movement towards that outcome within coaching is creative and immersive, mining for the values you wish to uphold and maximizing the potential you wish to unleash. The insights gained during coaching will likely serve not only the original goals, but many other aspects of life, work, and relationships.
