In 2016, Gunn High School in Palo Alto, CA embarked on the first steps to revitalize the look of the school, updating the color scheme that had been used since the school's inception. I had the distinct privilege of working with architect Elaine Uang and artist Megan Stevens on a interactive process with the students, teachers and administration of the school to choose the new color scheme. Beginning in January and working through a series of large and small charettes and questionnaires, a color scheme was voted on by the community in time for implementation in the summer months.
